These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between 9777dat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or in any way uses the services provided through the 9777dat website and any associated mobile or web applications. Deposits must be funded from payment accounts registered in your own name. 9777dat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any bonus already credited to an account at the time of a change will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time it was credited, unless a material error or fraud is identified.

By using 9777dat, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and potential referral to the relevant authorities:

Detection of prohibited conduct does not require criminal conviction — 9777dat may act on a reasonable belief that a violation has occurred.

All content available on 9777dat — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, game code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 9777dat or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and database rights.

9777dat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of 9777dat.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any content from the Platform.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark notice, or other proprietary rights notice on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform without prior written consent.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9777dat, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for:

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
